Art Director — Fairphone, sustainable smartphones
Developing the brand identity of the world’s first ethical, modular smartphone company, as part of the Brand and Marketing team. Managing our visual identity and creating packaging, interfaces (OS, apps, website), campaigns, promotions and reports in line with these visual guidelines.
2011 − present
Freelance Designer & Illustrator
Creative Direction for small scale branding projects. Editorial design and illustrations for magazines (Avant Garde, Winelife, JFK, CS magazine e.g.) and books.
2016 − 2018
Art-Director — KLM, airline
Worked on a joint KLM / Air France website in project teams with Interaction Designers and Front-Enders. We used the basics of Google Material to create a live, component based style guide for the two brands. Next to this I developed the digital KLM brand (iconography, illustrations, typography), guided digital KLM products/campaigns and helped our UX team expanding.
2014 − 2016
Visual Designer — TMG, publisher
Visual redesign of the Telegraaf Android App and Telegraaf website. Both in project teams with UX designers and developers. Other brands I work for at TMG: News Media, Vrouw, Prive, DFT, Telesport and Autovisie.

Art Director for Green.2 and Miljonair Finance. Editorial Designer for magazines JFK, Watch Report, Jackie, Tempus, The Luxury List & Miljonair. Made loads of illustrations for all magazines.
